I am a Chartered Accountant (CAANZ), Fractional CFO and founder of Little Big Consulting, an SME focused consulting company based in Sydney.

I’ve spent over two decades working across both global companies and owner-led SMEs. I’ve led finance teams, built control frameworks, and run businesses from the inside, including stepping into General Manager roles during periods of growth and post-acquisition change.

What’s the difference between Business Improvement Packages and Fractional CFO Services?

Business Improvement Packages are fixed‑scope, short engagements focused on improving reporting, systems and financial performance. Fractional CFO Services provide ongoing senior finance leadership on a part-time basis.

Do you work onsite or remotely?

Both. Most work is done remotely, with onsite sessions as needed for workshops, planning or team alignment.

Can we start with a package and move into Fractional CFO support later?

Yes. Many clients begin with a Business Improvement Package and continue with ongoing CFO support once the foundations are in place.

Do you work with startups?

Yes, provided there is enough operational and financial activity for CFO‑level support to add value.
